Welcome to MINDFOL.IO (the “Website” or “Platform”). By accessing, browsing, creating an account, purchasing digital content, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Website.
This Website is owned and operated by NATORA LTD, Company Number HE 479296, incorporated on 08.08.2025, with its registered office at Souliou, 18 Strovolos, 2018, Nicosia, Cyprus (referred to throughout these Terms as the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
We reserve the right to amend these Terms when reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Updated versions will be published on the Website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or purchase paid products or services offered through the Platform.
By registering or making a purchase, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old;
- The information you provide is accurate and current; and
- You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
3. User Account
Certain features of MINDFOL.IO may require you to register for an account.
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration details;

4. Payments and Access
MINDFOL.IO offers paid digital courses, educational content, digital resources, and related digital services.
All courses and packages available through MINDFOL.IO are purchased on a one-time payment basis. We do not operate recurring billing or automatic renewals.
By purchasing a course or package, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method once for the total amount clearly displayed during checkout.
Customers will not be charged again for the same purchase unless they actively initiate a new and separate purchase.
Before completing a transaction, customers are provided with information regarding the selected product or package and its applicable price.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Access to purchased digital content is provided after successful payment confirmation;
- The total purchase price is displayed before payment is completed;
- There are no recurring or ongoing charges associated with the purchase;
- There are no automatic renewals;
- Prices may change for future purchases without affecting completed purchases; and
- Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
If a payment is unsuccessful or cannot be completed, the relevant purchase may not be completed and access to the associated paid content may not be provided.
Access to each purchased course is provided for a period of six (6) months from the date of successful payment. After the six-month access period expires, access to the course will end automatically. No additional or recurring charge will be made.
5. Platform Purpose and Educational Content
MINDFOL.IO provides digital educational content and technology-supported learning resources designed to assist users in developing knowledge and practical understanding in the subjects covered by the purchased courses.
Certain tools or parts of the content creation process may use artificial intelligence technologies.
Where AI tools are used, they may assist with activities such as content organization, drafting, formatting, research assistance, or the creation of supporting educational materials.
AI-assisted content is reviewed before publication as part of our content quality process.
Information, educational materials, AI-assisted content, templates, examples, and other resources available through the Platform are provided for educational and informational purposes.
Users should independently evaluate information where appropriate and should not treat educational materials as a substitute for professional financial, legal, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
We do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, or business outcome as a result of completing a course or using the Platform.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform or engage in activities including, but not limited to:
- Violating applicable laws or regulations;
- Uploading malicious software, viruses, or harmful code;
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or user accounts;
- Reverse engineering or attempting to unlawfully copy the Platform;
- Interfering with the operation or security of the Website;
- Using automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract Platform data without authorization; or
- Uploading unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.
We may suspend or terminate access for users who materially violate these rules.
7. Intellectual Property

- Reverse engineer; or
- Create unauthorized derivative works based on any part of the Platform or purchased content.
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased digital content for personal use and its intended educational purposes.
Purchasing a course or package does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the customer.
8. Third-Party Services and External Links
MINDFOL.IO may use selected third-party service providers where reasonably necessary to operate and support the Platform. These may include providers involved in payment processing, hosting, technical infrastructure, communications, analytics, or other operational functions.
Where external links or integrations are provided, they are selected for a legitimate operational, informational, or functional purpose.
MINDFOL.IO takes reasonable steps to review third-party providers before integrating them into the Platform where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes our responsibility to:
- Provide customers with access to the digital content or services they have validly purchased;
- Deliver the products and content materially as described at the time of purchase;
- Maintain reasonable standards of content quality and accuracy;
- Take reasonable steps to resolve technical issues affecting customer access; and
- Handle legitimate customer complaints and support requests.
We do not guarantee specific personal, professional, financial, commercial, or other results from using the Platform or completing any course.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NATORA LTD will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated when the customer purchased or used the relevant product or service.
This limitation may apply to matters such as indirect business interruption, loss resulting from a customer’s independent reliance on educational or AI-assisted information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
However, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
In particular, these Terms do not remove NATORA LTD’s responsibility for:
- Providing access to content that has been validly purchased;
- Delivering the digital product materially as described;
- Providing reasonable quality and accuracy of the content and services supplied;
- Taking reasonable steps to address technical access problems; and
- Handling customer complaints and applicable refund or cancellation rights.
If you experience a problem with a purchased product or your access to the Platform, please contact our support team so that we can investigate and seek an appropriate resolution.
11. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation requests are handled in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy published on MINDFOL.IO.
The applicable policy explains the circumstances and time period in which customers may request cancellation or a refund, together with any conditions that may apply to digital content.
All purchases are processed as one-time payments and are not subject to recurring charges or automatic renewal.
Nothing in our Refund and Cancellation Policy or these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account where we reasonably believe that:
- These Terms have been materially violated;
- Fraudulent or unlawful activity has occurred;
- A genuine security risk exists; or
- Continued access may materially harm the Platform, the Company, or other users.
Where reasonably possible and appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue before permanent termination.
Suspension or termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination, including applicable customer rights relating to completed purchases.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to a customer based on applicable law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and, where legally permitted, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus.
